FITTING AND FINISH
Spider top, one half inch recess. Nickel finish.
Top Diameter: 12 inches
Bottom Diameter: 12 inches
Height measured straight up: 9 inches
Shade base fabric is a vintage cotton seersucker gingham check plaid in orange, green, white, and turquoise.
Top and bottom wiring is wrapped with celery green cotton rayon Petersham grosgrain ribbon. The shade is finished with bias cut handmade trim of a coordinating vintage seersucker plaid cotton fabric.
This shade would readily fit a medium table lamp with a harp and finial.

I am happy to help you size a lamp shade or finial. Please contact me directly and I will more than happy to assist you. A picture and lamp measurements are very helpful.
Lint rollers work great on fabric lamp shades.
For wire mesh shades a lint free cloth and canned air will give you optimal cleaning results.
On small lamp shades it is best to use a lower wattage light bulb to avoid scorching the polystyrene lining. For the highest wattage a purchased shade can handle, please contact me.
I use mineral oil to polish lamp finials.
