Hexagon bell frame lampshade.
DIMENSIONS
Top Diameter: 5 inches point to point
Bottom Diameter: 8 inches point to point
Height measured straight up: 6 inches. The lace trim adds about half an inch to the height.
FABRIC INFORMATION
Lavender cotton with key lime green polka dots, and white Warsa linen.
TRIM INFORMATION
Top and bottom wiring is wrapped with hot pink cotton rayon grosgrain ribbon. The vertical ribs are covered with the shade base fabric, white Warsa linen, cut on the bias. Top and bottom edges are finished with a stiff white lace trim and lavender daisy appliques.
USES
This shade would readily fit a smaller table lamp.
COMMENTS
This sweet little lampshade would be perfect in a nursery, or a little girl's room. I love the lavender color, and the soft light it emits. SIZING A LAMPSHADE
As a general rule of thumb, know that the lampshade should never overpower the lamp. The height of the shade should be roughly two inches shorter than the lamp base. As to the diameter, it can be up to 2 to 3 times wider than the widest part of the lamp. Another consideration is how much space do you have around the lampshade?
When requesting a custom order, please let me know top x bottom x height. The height of the shade should be measured straight up, not on the slant. I will also need to know the fitting type and finish. Is it a clip top, a washer top, an uno frame? Would you like it to be flush with the top wire, or recessed? Finally, brass, nickel, or painted? Thanks!
If you order more than one lamp shade and I can enclose them one inside the other in one box, there will be a refund of shipping costs the day your shades ship.

Is the shipping cost less for a multiple lamp shade order?
Yes, if you have a multiple lamp shade order and I can fit them one inside the other in one box there will be a refund of shipping costs the day your shades ship. If you would like an accurate shipping quote for more than one lamp shade, please contact me with your zip or postal code.
Sizing details
I am happy to help you size a lamp shade or finial. Please contact me directly and I will more than happy to assist you. A picture and lamp measurements are very helpful.
Care instructions
Lint rollers work great on fabric lamp shades.
For wire mesh shades a lint free cloth and canned air will give you optimal cleaning results.
On small lamp shades it is best to use a lower wattage light bulb to avoid scorching the polystyrene lining. For the highest wattage a purchased shade can handle, please contact me.
I use mineral oil to polish lamp finials.
