LAMP SPECS
Base Materials: Wood and metal.
Base Colors: Olive green with black specks, and brown.
Switch: 2 socket pull chain
Cord color and length: Gold, 78 inches
SHADE SPECS
Shade fitting and finish: Spider top, one half inch recess. Brass finish.
Shape: Drum lampshade.
Base Fabric: Creamy linen, upholstery weight.
Trim: I wrapped the top and bottom wires with black cotton rayon grosgrain ribbon. The shade is finished with an olive gray and black flat braid trim.

This table lamp and shade assembly would look great in a den, family room or library.
COMMENTS
This vintage spindle lamp which was in need of some attention to bring it back to it's original beauty. The lamp has been completely disassembled, cleaned, rewired, resocketed, sanded, painted, oiled, polished, and waxed....as needed. The black specked olive metal, cream columns, and wooden spindles are original, rehabbed, and in good condition. The bottom of the lamp has new felt, and the top has a cream colored brass base finial. I custom made the lampshade to suit this particular lamp and all of the colors match perfectly. The shade emits plenty of white light; the gorgeous linen texture shows so well when the shade is lit. A great vintage lamp next to your favorite reading spot. All hidden wiring on the shade is coated with enamel paint to ensure longevity.

Is the shipping cost less for a multiple lamp shade order?
Yes, if you have a multiple lamp shade order and I can fit them one inside the other in one box there will be a refund of shipping costs the day your shades ship. If you would like an accurate shipping quote for more than one lamp shade, please contact me with your zip or postal code.
Sizing details
I am happy to help you size a lamp shade or finial. Please contact me directly and I will more than happy to assist you. A picture and lamp measurements are very helpful.
Care instructions
Lint rollers work great on fabric lamp shades.
For wire mesh shades a lint free cloth and canned air will give you optimal cleaning results.
On small lamp shades it is best to use a lower wattage light bulb to avoid scorching the polystyrene lining. For the highest wattage a purchased shade can handle, please contact me.
I use mineral oil to polish lamp finials.
